        By analyzing user behavior and competitor offerings, I identified areas to improve our underperforming OSHA 10 and 30 Construction course pages. I focused on making the value proposition clearer by using bullet points and a dedicated USP section. Information architecture was revamped with a tabbed view to reduce scrolling and a floating course card replaced the navigation bar for easier access. These changes, along with a focus on CTAs, resulted in a significant improvement in conversion rate (18%) and revenue (21%).

        Learn2Serve State Pages Redesign

        Traffic to our food handler and alcohol state pages was high, but conversions were dropping. To address this, I conducted competitor research and identified key user experience improvements. These included adding a course comparison tool, user testimonials, a Spanish language option, and bulleted USPs to clearly communicate the value proposition. Trust logos were also incorporated to build confidence. Rigorous user testing ensured these changes were effective in driving conversions. The result? A stellar 57% increase in revenue and a 52% jump in conversion rates.
